What Changed
The recovered historical site had useful structure: a homepage, local sections, lakes, organizations, churches, businesses, events, photos, a newsletter, and a survey. Those page intents informed the new information architecture.
The public content, design, logo, illustrations, metadata, and resource strategy are new. Old text, images, maps, brand graphics, ads, forms, contact details, and listings were not reused.
